President Bush headed to Ft. Hood, Texas today to rally and to thank the many troops who serve from their home base. Bush used the opportunity to tout the military spending bill, as well as to once again assure all that we will win the war on terror. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

As usual, you are making my day with these wonderful pictures.
Is it just me, or does our President always look younger whenever he's with the young military people??

What a game -- it's going to be tough to relax enough to get a decent night's sleep. Oh well, I must try!

Actually, RADF, he was trying to keep from losing his composure (i.e., crying) during a moving rendition of the Army (fight?) song. I just love our Dubya!
All right, now I'm going to bed!

That was my favorite part of the speech too. I'm surprised those kids were able to keep their feet on the ground after the high praise they were given by a man who so obviously loves and respects them.
