A while back there was a thread about an INS office being broken into. Everything needed to create "legit" vias was stolen. Stamps, forms, etc.

Yes, that was in the Seattle or Tacoma area and may have been connected to John Mohammud, the Beltway sniper. I can't remember what the connection to Mohammud was, though.
