This is truly grotesque......a new federal bureacracy with 64000 employees with guaranteed lifetime employment full benefits, pension etc via your tax dollars...gee I feel a lot safer now....

On Sunday I flew from Wichita Falls, Texas, to Dallas. There were 14 passengers on my flight. I counted 9 TSA employees "working" our flight. As usual, I had to take off my shoes and belt. Then they wanted to examine my watch (chronograph, actually) because of the various hands and dials, I assume. They were very courteous, but this stuff is getting ridiculous. Meanwhile, we can't cover our borders, but we can have a TSA employeee/passenger ratio of 64%?
