Our position is: Protesters should not be treated as profiteers.
Next spring, the Supreme Court will rule whether federal laws intended to fight organized crime and corruption can be used against anti-abortion demonstrations. If it says yes, the court will collide with the Constitution and decades of law protecting free speech rights.
