FBI Looking for Five Illegal Immigrants
The Associated Press
Sunday, December 29, 2002; 4:23 PM
WASHINGTON The FBI said Sunday it is looking for five men of Arab ancestry who may have entered the country illegally last week.
The agency said the five men are believed to have arrived in the United States on or before Christmas Eve.
The five men are: Abid Noraiz Ali, Iftikhar Khozmai Ali, Mustafa Khan Owasi, Adil Pervez and Akbar Jamal, all born between 1969 and 1983. The FBI warned that the names and birth dates may be false.
The FBI said it had no indication the men were linked to terrorist activities, but still wanted to question the five "based upon information developed in the course of ongoing investigations."
The FBI said it was working with the Customs, Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Transportation Security Agency to find the men.

Don't you just love the way the PC media portrays illegal aliens as "immigrants". If they prove to be terrorists, then they will be called "militants".

They are exploring the possibility it is a terror "cell".
It would be helpful if the Canadians would give us a "clue" exactly where the point of entry was with these guys!

The way the FBI does business is outrageous. They issue this and then go off and hide. There is nobody at FBI available to answer questions or amplify the information. Which crossing point they entered the US at would be useful to make some kind of educated guess which states they might be in.
The FBI lights the fuse and runs off...."You figure it out but we need your help!!!???"
I call that Bravo Sierra (BS).

FOX news is reporting they learned that the manner which they came over the border triggered some suspicion.
I'm stunned they didn't give details which State they entered into from Canada.
Since it has been days since they entered, I guess they could be anywhere by now.

I don't get this. If the way they entered cause suspicion, WHY WEREN'T THEY STOPPED!
Then again five Arab guys all entering the country in one car or better yet van is suspicious on its own.
Can't the FBI say how they entered the country? Driving, Bus, Ferry or plane?
To: RCW2001
These guys are in time for either a new years party or perhaps a NFL playoff game or bowl game or NBA game, etc.

Can't the FBI say how they entered the country? Driving, Bus, Ferry or plane? It does seem strange that they can not tell us they came in (together I believe) but not how or where, although as it was nearly a week ago location might be irrelevant.

**Did they come across the Southwest border?**
FoxNews just said Canadian border.
