He filled in for Rush today, he's been pretty busy.

Although I like Walter Williams...I really like it when Tony Snow sits in for Rush. Tony is awesome!

It's been over a year since Snow has been on Rush. I understand why Hannity doesn't do it anymore since he has his own syndicated show now, but what's the story with Tony Snow?

I'm not sure why Tony hasn't filled in. Was it when Rush had his ear surgery that Tony filled in? Other than that surgery Rush has been there most of the time.

Good - a very smart guy substituting for a barely-intelligent guy with catchphrases and good hair.

My guess is he is trying to be fair and balanced on Fox News. In the words of the cynical: If he sits in for Rush, he's obviously not fair and balanced. Just a guess, but I suspect it's true.

I was thinking the same thing...but Rush isn't really biased towards certain people, he sticks to his guns on the ideals of conservatism.

IMNSHO I think Dr Williams seemed a little 'uncomfortable' but then again they ALSO had to listen to R McFarland.
Did you catch the shot of Colmes holding his head and shaking it while the DR and Ms Chavez were talking?
And that attack dog Ellen(?) -- the other networks don't get Fox do they? Can you imagine CNN putting 2 Conservative attack dogs on at the same time like Fox is doing?

Fox didn't really tip the scales either way. Two liberals and two conservatives. The only show on Fox that isn't balanced is Foxnews Watch with Eric Burns.
2 Liberals
1 Conservative in Cal Thomas
1 moderate in Jim Pinkerton
Then Eric Burns who seems more liberal as the host.

Walter E Williams is one of the few public figures today who actually mentions the US Constitution.

An understanding and respect for the Constitution ought to be the central position of all people who consider themselves Conservatives.

It's what separates us from liberals and protects us from tyrants.

Williams is a 21st century American statesman extraordinaire.

The only thing he failed to do was call Ratner a socialist.

I agree and have also noticed that the good doctor mentions the Constitution quite a lot. Another great conservative who happens to have a copy of the constitution on his website is G. Gordon Liddy.

Walter Williams is the only guest host that I like listening to more than Rush.
