Delaying .. Delano prison .. save $9 million.
..ending supervision .. save $87 million.
Not sentencing .. to save $14.5 million.
Releasing non-violent inmates .. could save $262 million.
.. inmates can cut their sentences .. save $28 million.
Releasing non-violent inmates .. to save $1.5 million.

This is an attempt to scare citizens into support for raising taxes. That's exactly what we've experienced in Kentucky with our dishonorable governor Patton (caught in an affair with a nursing home owner.) Patton just can't bring himself to cut all the Democrat fat that's built up after the Dems having the governorship for 31 years.

Davis is pulling the same scam - release the "non-violent" prisoners now and maybe the really bad guys later, unless we have a desperately needed tax increase.

The democrats can't help themselves - they shovel cash out the door as fast as they can to stay in power. That's the whole story IMO.
