I made the Peppermint Bark with Dark Chocolate

Did you swirl the red and green into it, or did you just add the peppermint flavoring to the dark chocolate? I'm going to make some of the bark with the white melting candy this weekend swirling in the red and green. I'm going to give some of it to my neighbor who brought over a can of the most scrumptious candied pecans!! She gave us some last year and I guess she remembered that I raved about them!

I didn't have any red and green discs, so I just dumped 6 oz of broken candy canes into it for the crunch, along with dusting the top with the remaining amount.

I'm going to be sweet-ed out after this weekend. I've still got to make a batch of white chocolate cookies and I'm getting peanut butter fudge and zucuini(?) nut bread and pecan pie (homemade...)
