Hope everyone had a VERY merry Christmas -- I certainly did!!

Actually, I'm still engaged in various Christmas activities; however, I wanted to share with you some passages from the December 30, 2002 "US News&World Report" magazine's exclusive interview with our AWESOME president (the magazine just hit the newstands today).

Relative to the president's level of fatigue, the mag provided the following insight: "A visibly tired Bush -- who was nursing a cold -- volunteered that he was shaking hands with 1,500 people a night at the seemingly endless series of White House holiday parties. He emphasized that he didn't really mind the chore, but aides said he was looking forward to a brief vacation at his ranch in Texas."
[I certainly hope he can get some rest in Crawford!!]

The mag also provided the following insightful/poignant quote from the president: "I hope the American people trust me," Bush said . . ."I hope they trust me when it comes to fighting this war on terror, and I hope they trust me when it comes to leading toward a more compassionate tomorrow, because I'm a compassionate person. The only thing I know to do is to speak my mind, show my heart as best I can, and to lead."

MR. PRESIDENT, BECAUSE WE HAVE SEEN YOUR HEART, WE DO TRUST YOU AND WILL FOLLOW YOUR LEAD!!!

I have a newly redesigned bathroom. As soon as I get the sink installed, I'll post a photo. Lot's of work but well worth it.

See, he fell asleep on the plane because he was tired. He is not mad. Barney is not in trouble.

Yeah, the President sure has a lot to be concerned about. This North Korea stuff is a mess- another mess he has to deal with thanks to Clinton.

The mere mention of Clinton's name gets my blood boiling!

I blame him for all this mess we are in now and for what he left GWB to try to clean up!

OHH man now getting serious

BBC wire reporting that North Korea is developing A Bomb at this moment and report from UN is reporting that North Korea going face another hard winter with mass starvation

I think maybe Dubya is not amused with anything right now

<> In the first photo, if you look at her right wrist, you can see Laura is wearing purple while the Prez is wearing a drab brown jacket...very suspicious....

In photo number four, the president is saluting while holding a dog in his left arm...as if I need to spell that one out for you...

IN photo number five, the president is pointing to his LEFT...very suspicious

Call me crazy, but I think these subtle gestures indicate that Laura, wearing Purple, indicates she thinks herself royalty and is a clear indication as to who has the real power; Bush wearing a drab brown jacket indictates solidarity with the proletariat; and, most damning of all , his, likely cleverly staged, pointing to his (extreme?) left, indicates the direction in which our country will be taken.

If these photos are any indication, Bush is revealing (unconsciously?) that Laura is really running the show as a "Republican Queen" and Bush is a Proletarian cipher who is strugggling to lead us in the (right) Left direction to freedom

I find the whole series of photos unsettling<>

I am certain we have only to wait a few days until we are given Clinton's "expertise" in how to solve the North Korean problem. He will, of course, blame it all on President Bush.
