Gee...dont any of you think its at least just a tad noteworthy that out of the 300+ million he walks with little more than 100+ million...

I frankly could care less who won what and how much...The real story is the chunk the State and Federal Goons are stealing...keep in mind that every single dollar was alread taxed when it was earned, and taxed again on by the lottery to the tune of around 50%

So in Fact...what was once 600 or so million dollars of taxed income gets taxed again to the tune of around 500 Million...

Meanwhile the media and freepers fawn over the event either ignoring or ignorant to the monumental theft of citizen money going on...

Good points. The people betting were mostly likely betting with dollars that have been already taxed and the winners are taxed again? What a ripoff.

The lottery is a suckers bet. No question about that. But in this case the winner is giving a chunk of change to charity. Real charities. And that's the best part about the story. Good for him! I'd bet you that he has given money to people that needed it before. The Lord likes that. I believe that with all my heart. He has proven it to me many times.
