[history]
If a major war breaks out in Iraq, the first thing Rev. Stuart Fitch plans to do is pray, sending love to everyone from Saddam Hussein to President Bush. Then he'll call his congregation to church for a service.
And then, perhaps, the 78-year-old Episcopalian clergyman will get himself arrested.

Plenty of the cops are vets or reservists. They do not like smelly, dirty, hippie scum any more than FReepers do. :-)
"Bad Boys Bad Boys what you gonna do? What you gonna do when they come for you?"

You assume that these scumballs have jobs. ROFLMAO!

More like Wormtongues - they conspire and whisper in the dark - all of their arguments knowingly or not directed by our enemies - but the whisperers are themseleves cowards. Meanwhile, in the real world where war is brewing, our sons and daughters prepare to face naked evil.

Can you say free speech?
A loosely knit group of activists called the Military Globalization Project said it is preparing a "security zone occupation" at Vandenberg Air Force Base on the California coast, the site used by the Defense Department for all West Coast missile and space launches. Their plan: Hike into the base and disrupt the global surveillance and weapons targeting systems used to guide bombers, gunships and military strike forces. The group declined to say how it would disrupt these systems. the lives of america's sons and daughters at war takes precedence over your free speech,, i hope the MP's aim small ,, hit small,,,

The difference between this and Vietnam is that ragheads attacked and murdered thousands of US citizens this time around, in the USA.
These hippie scumbag relics and their zoned out proteges can gather and shout ridiculous slogans all they want, but they only help elect Republicans.
They are doing us a favor.

the peace movement has been using the buildup time to coordinate "emergency response plans" to disrupt domestic military activity, tie up commerce and get out their anti-war message. Gee, I reckon they might get in a bit of trouble over that.
Maybe shot.
Just.. damn.

A long time ago in the 60's, I took my wife to the Episcopal Church to convert her to become a member.
The so called "Rector" made jest and a mockery of the virgin birth, and also drew the Holy Trinity to show Liberalism at the top.
The Episcopal Church is sick and filled with queers and liberals.
We have since joined a great Baptist "lite" Church which has brought the true message of Christ to us, and our family.

I don't mind peace protestors.
Some of our wars, and 'military actions' have been extremely unjust.
But what do they expect? That we should wait for North Korea and Iraq to get accurate ICBMs and nukes?
(We could always give Klinton another go - there's several countries he hasn't committed treason for yet.)
Perhaps we should strike a deal with Jung and Saddam. Move all the leftists to SanFran, and give them coordinates. And let them have first strike :)

You mean these people aren't going to show up at their jobs? Jobs? lol...

the lives of america's sons and daughters at war takes precedence over your free speech,, In this case you are correct, Vinyl. Tuck is trying to blur a free speech issue into a "right to commit treason by sabotage". No such right exists, though Tuck (a DemoRat plant) wishes it did.

Can you say "Sedition?" My thoughts exactly.

Please do not get me wrong... I am NOT advocating this, but some military vet, or some parent of a KIA or something like that is going to take a car and purposefully run over these traitors, or shoulder a weapon and empty a clip into them... and there is no way thay would ever find 12 people who would all agree to convict him.

These people should be aware that their protests will be met this time by counter actions. This is not the Vietnam era where the cause of the war was not clear. After 9/11/02 it is certain that the enemy is out to destroy the American way of life. Those of us who lived through the 60's remember the Americans who undermined our war against communism. I think that many of us will not let it happen in this war when our counrty and people are in such danger. To the protesters I say it is your right to do so, but be aware that your will be confronted by citizens that will not allow you to undermine the defense of the United States. ON TO BAGHDAD!!!!!!

Instead of protesting, Jenest said, people should sit down with their children and read the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and "have a discussion about tyranny and explain that these anti-war protesters earn the freedom to disagree with our governments position thanks to brave men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to preserve those freedoms."
To: Bombard
After 9/11/02 it is certain that the enemy is out to destroy the American way of life. And when did the Bush administration establish a link between 9/11 and the Iraqi regime?

In this case you are correct, Vinyl. Tuck is trying to blur a free speech issue into a "right to commit treason by sabotage". No such right exists, though Tuck (a DemoRat plant) wishes it did. Try looking up "sabotage" and "peaceful civil disobedience" in a dictionary (book with lots of words and their meanings).
