IIRC, that's some sort of trigger lock thingy, the one he couldn't get to work when he was demonstrating it at a public meeting.

Somebody correct me.

I did a brief Google search and found gun lock stuff, but I seem to recall a provision which called for as yet uninvented technologies by the year 200?. At the time it struck me as a devilishly clever anti-gun ploy.

your are correct, glendeafening signed the trigger lock law and then couldn't unlock it, but fortunately there was a thirteen yearold in the crowd who could...
