Nice try. Except that the Constitution doesn't grant rights. It's sole purpose is to define and limit the powers of the government. Yes, even the Bill of Rights is a list of thing the government absolutely cannot do.

Clearly, this means that only official state run schools and universities may possess certain dangerous books, and the state may restrict the right of individuals to own or read books.

It is shocking how many people (educated people at that) don't understand this. I have been hammering this into my kids' heads for years now.
