Many Democrats have suggested that we buy the support of the third world with a Great Society program. It has worked for them for fifty years with the poverty pimps, union bosses and other pawns of the state. Also, some of the booty sticks to the hands of those distributing it. The intended beneficiaries of the largesse, particularily the blacks, haven't fared so well.
