The Warshington Monument has a classical phallus style - but that doesn't make it "porn". You can go to any riding stable and see horses letting it all hang out any time you want, and that's still not "porn".
The definition is very simple. First, you must have a human. Then you have the rest.
I'm amused how some folks refer to the Washington Monument as "the Eternal Klansman". The night photos with the little red-lit windows near the top really evoke this. As far as the phallic allegory goes, well...wasn't the original Dubya the Father of our Country?
