So, I guess you two are in the pro camp. You all have good home recipes? I think that is the big problem. Home bakers do a really bad job with it.

Alas! To shatter his homey image of Merton! I recollect that Thomas Merton died of electrocution (frayed fan cord) while in India as a delegate to a conference discussing rapprochment between Hinduism and Catholocism. Perhaps trying to cool off from a sweat produced by some curry dish. (Would this have happened had he stayed home and stuck to his Kentucky 40 proof fruitcake? )
