This is an email that is making it's way around military circles:
"The nuclear Aircraft Carrier, U.S.S. Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), and the
ships in her Battle Group, got underway from Norfolk, Va. this morning (12/16)
for an extended deployment. Just as the lines were cast off, this
announcement was made throughout the ship and topside on the ships intercom:
"Peace on Earth to men of good will - All others, Stand By""

Maybe we should send this
movie to Saddam.
(requires Windows media player/ 6 MB download.)
AC-130 gunship blasting terrorists into pieces in Afghanistan. It may have been posted here at FR already but I thought it was awesome.

If Saddam saw this he would be in Libya already.

yeah, but unlike certain other locations, we won't immediately ban him... we can always use more comic relief! :)

Hmm ... Disruptor? He signed up four days ago, and the mods usually catch them more quickly.

I agree with you, always have. Lets allow these menaces to continue to develop their NBC programs. They don't have any intent to use them on us, or sell them to terrorists who do. After all, these peace loving people only want to be left alone.
We are at war idiot, act or be acted upon!

"Oil is very important you know! Yes. I know.
Oil lights your home, powers your computer and tv and keeps your food fresh.
Oil brings children to school and cooks their lunch and takes them safely home.
Oil powers the factories where your clothes and everything else you own are made.
Oil powers hospitals - life saving operations, intensive care wards, baby deliveries.
Oil delivers food and water to you, your family and 250 million others here. Oil runs the heating and cooling and lighting where you work, delivers the mail, takes you to work, so you can make a living and raise your family.
Oil powers the cars that police your neighborhood and town. Oil runs the tanks and boats and planes that keep you free to post thoughtless remarks on internet forums.
Yes. I know, oil is very important.
