Ebay should remove this item, I'm going to email the webmaster. Anyone buying a passport online is up to no good.

Collecting old and cancelled passports is a legitimate hobby. I know someone who has several from the Nazi era. But this thing is clearly "hot" and hasn't been cancelled. It would be easy for some terrorist to modify this thing for future use.
