[history]
A tiny nonprofit group that teaches boys the basics of seamanship is being penalized by Berkeley, Calif., for its affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America.
Until now, the Sea Scouts have enjoyed free berthing rights at Berkeley's public marina, as have several other nonprofit groups. But the city has a 5-year-old policy forbidding it to subsidize certain groups, including those that discriminate against homosexuals.

The vast majority of Americans are perfectly content to let homosexuals live their lives as they see fit. But homosexual activists are pushing away middle America with their constant fascistic attempts to force everyone to profess certain things about homosexuality (that it's good, normal, healthy, moral, etc. etc.) that millions of Americans disagree with. When they go after the Boy Scouts - an organization which does immense good for young men and boys in this country - and those who believe as the Boy Scouts does and wish to support that organization - they are turning away middle America. They hurt their own cause - gravely - with these heavy-handed and intolerant attempts to force others to kowtow to their beliefs regarding homosexuality and sodomy. The Boy Scouts is growing, and people are rejecting (more easily than in the past) the homosexual gestapo.
