They are not open to the public but instead they invite the public in. They can pick and choose who comes in and refuse service to anyone and throw anybody out who they don't like.
Like a bowling league for example. Plus what about all these smoking bans that include private clubs?

And before you say what if a buisness decided to ban Blacks, Sorry but that is discrimination which unlike Tobacco is against the law.

Now I agree a business SHOULD have the right to control his own business. I hope more smoking establishments are opened across the borders to draw business away from the Nazi states.
