Mine, too. I am an avid animal lover. This really makes me sick. People can be the cruelest animal on earth. :(

I am feeling a little bit hostile toward pokey78, and I don't know if it is fair, because it was posted without comment.

What did you want from us on this thread Pokey? I am really curious. The animal abuse threads on free republic always break my heart, and sometimes I feel like my chain is being yanked for the entertainment value of it.

Every time I see a pitiful story of intense cruelty that no one should defend, I am scared that inevitably someone will come on thread and wind all of us up with a heartless word bomb... and away we go. Arguing for nothing, a story about something they may or may not do in a faraway country we can't fix.

The societal value of the story should matter. Sorry Pokey, if your intentions are honorable, I just get so sick when I see this stuff, and I wonder why it was served to me.
