Her voice makes my flesh crawl.

Matalin is, if nothing else, the Queen of Spin. She can stay on her talking points better than anyone I've seen.

Good, a suspected major leaker gone.
Mary will enjoy spending more time with her kids and not on the Cheney staff..

I vaguely remember some talk of Matalin leaving when Karen Hughes left, but I didn't remember that there was a date set.

Unfortunately, she is paying for the sins of her husband. I doubt she would ever reveal anything that would have harmed the President or anyone else in this administration.

There were rumors that the "moderates" in the Bush Administration would try to force the resignation of "conservatives" working for Dick Cheney like Mary Matelin. Otto Reich, a reported anti-Communist, has already been summarily dismiised from his post as Assistant Secretary of State paving the way for Bush's appeasement of Marxist President-Elect Lula da Silva of Brazil. Perhaps this is the beginning of their night of the long knives since the predictions of the resignation of our moderate anti-tax cut ex-Treasury Secretary were also reported in advance. Who will be the next "conservative" to go?

NBC Reporting: White House Advisor Mary Matalin To Resign
Thank God!!!!!
To: RCW2001
It was just too weird with her White House inner circle position by day, and pillow talk position at night with one of the most repulsive human beings on the planet.

Tis the season to resign, calling Trent L. Why? Why shoudl Trent Lott resign? Because teddy 'the drunk' kennedy and petey 'the I hate everything that aAmerica stands for' jennings, say so?
To: OldFriend
No, I think Matalin's too professional to do anything to harm the president and vice president. I worked with my husband for about a decade in our small business, and when we left work, we didn't talk about it--we had to have separation between work and home.

Care to discuss just one thing you think she revealed about this administration that would be considered aiding the enemy?
Inquiring minds want to know!
To: RCW2001
Will both she and her serpent-headed husband retire under a rock somewhere then?
