Just short of ten inches for this storm. The middle wave (today) was predicted to be the heaviest and in fact produced about half as much as the first, It was very windy but we haven't lose any trees so far. The power went out at about three. We've been on the generator all evening.

I had a blast today! Tomorrow should be fun too!

I talked to my sister in Soquel today and her rain gauge ran over at 6.5 inches in 36 hours. Eureka has not had half the rain you and GD have had but we have had plenty. The digital reader board on tv says we have had 5 inches this month but I think that is short

I still have 5 chain saws ever though I sold my acreage on The Klamath 10 years ago. I was the high bidder on a 10 yard dump truck load of madrone logs at a fund raiser for Rob Brown in Oct but the logger hasen't delivered yet because the weather has been good enough to log until this week.
