The missiles were hidden under thousands of bags of cement? We obviously knew it was there and were just waiting for the right time to pull them over. It was probably even a political decision to let the Spanish make the bust. That way our allies are participating and the headlines don't say "US warship boards N. Korean ship in international waters".
