Here we sit in a state on the verge of financial mealtdown, cutting everything from education to healthcare to heaven knows what, but the air resources "uber nazis" are still out in full farce. Gotta love the priorities in this state. We may all be dead, but at least we'll be pushing up heathy daisies.
