My guess would be that this was not the first time...and I would look at previous vehicle rentals (via his credit card). Take samples from the back...and I bet most of the vehicles were all vans (this would be a tremendous tip for some Arkansas state trooper). You could well tie several children abductions to this idiot by the time you finished with his credit cards.

Sometimes all it takes is for one of these creeps to look at a girl and then starts stalking them. They might not have even chatted on the internet. We must remember that Elizabeth was in the lime light and did travel around and that their were and still is information on the internet. He could have used the same information to put pieces together to find out where she lived. It sounds like he liked to go to other states to do his crime. I feel there should be a sex offender list for the whole united states not just by state and they should go on this list when they are paroled (not that fuller had previous arrest but it could help some of the children in our country.)
