The Judge can do anything he wants within the guidelines. She is a first offender and while she won;t probably get slammer time, she will get a hefty fine and lots of hours in community service.

If the judge adds to all this , the previous shoplifting escapades where she got caught by 2 other stores, I'd think it is within his realm to send her to the chiller for 30 days or so... Who knows. Gerragos should quit his harping, he isn;t helping her case jabbering on.

Geragos is acting like she hasn't shoplifted from every story in Beverly Hills OR that she didn't have all those RX drugs on her!
