That's only small part of the sentence! 36 month probation, a whole swath of fines, drug treatment...she's gonna be pissed. Plus, the 480 hours have to be done before April, so she's got her hands full.

36 months supervised probation

1 day county jail, gets credit for 1 day

fine to county and state .. $1,000 plus fees $2,007

restitution fine ... $1,000

480 hours community service .. done thru volunteer service center 240 hours at City of Hope , 120 hours at Foundation of Junior Blind, 120 hours at Caring for Babies with AIDS

participate in plan/program for drug counseling and psychological counseling

keep working gainfully

can be searched or seized by any law enfrocement officer at any time

keep whereabouts info updated at all times

can leave state with prior notification

can only use true name , personal info

no drugs, etc except w/o valid prescription

can;t associate with fiends, felons etc except in drug programs

Report to Probation office in Santa Monica by next Tuesday Count 3 sentence imposed identical to Count 2, Stayed upon successful completion of count 2

Gerragos got Susan McDougal off in CA.........and she was guilty of stealing many many thousands from te family that hired her. He also got Roger Clinton a much reduced sentence for DWI...........and went on TV and lied through his teeth about it too.

By now he thinks he's invincible.
