If memory serves, you are right -- as someone stated the actual date should be researched (which clearly I didn't). Assuming I am correct on the 11/19 reference, since I think pdl is having fun evading the question.

Maybe November 19th is for this year 2002. Did official results get certified that day for the Nov. 5th elections or perhaps something else happen to make the DNC feel verklempt?
