He's been held since 1999...his trial didn't take place until 2002. I tend to get a tad suspicious of any law enforcement agency, in any country, which holds prisoners for three years before they bother to take them to trial. What is happening right here, in this country, with Muslim (mostly illegals) being held on charges of being, or aiding and abetting, terrorists? After only a few years, the lawsuits have come hot and heavy. Unfortunately, Mahar wasn't being held in this country.
