Actually, the proper sound is Phwap! This was clearly stated by the late Frank Zappa in "Don't eat yellow snow" when he mentioned hitting his favOrite baby seal with a lead-filled snow shoe. btw: The lead-filled snow shoe is preferable to the baseball bat... better precision and a larger "sweet spot."
