Is is a pseudo-controversy invented by fascist wackos and given legitimacy by a liberal press. Says It All!

Releives brain tension too.

Then it's time to break some kneecaps with a ballpeen hammer. In my experience, a battery powered hand drill is more effective. You'll get about the same sentence if caught, so use the most effective method. (of course, avoid getting caught if possible)

I own a 1988 Ford Bronco II. It is a four wheel drive, and that beast will go through anything. I keep it to use when I go camping, because my husband and I go far up into northern Maine. Four wheel drive vehicles in that kind of terrain are a must.
However, it is a vehicle that, in the wrong hands, could be dangerous. I could easily roll that thing going 35. It is skinny, but tall, and that makes it very tippy. A quick manuever going at any speed over 35 will flip you. That is why a person that drives an SUV needs to know one important thing:
DRIVE IT CORRECTLY AND THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEMS!!!!

Consider the source of the article. The Guardian can't even get through the title of the article, Acid attacks sour US passion for 4x4s, without lying. The attitude toward SUV's hasn't changed as a result of the vandalism by these envirothugs. But our attitude toward the envirothugs HAS become more negative. The envirothugs are what is in the most danger of decreasing in the US, not SUV's.

They're "watermelons" - green on the outside and red inside.

Ben Affleck, Adam Sandler, and Calista Flockhart own Escalades. So do pop stars Pink and Justin Timberlake. Several musicians have shown off their customized Escalades on MTV's Cribs, which tours the homes of celebrities. The hype is paying off: While GM's overall sales plunged 13 percent in September, Escalade sales rose 6 percent. "The Escalade has been an unbelievable story for us," says Mark LaNeve, Cadillac general manager. "It's pulling up the division from an image standpoint."

Enviro-terrorism is still terrorism. Acid attacks have been used by terrorists before. In countries with a large muslim population trying to get the country under sharia law, acid has been thrown at the face of women who show their face in public.
Even though they are probably diverting some resources to fight islamoterrorism, the FBI should take care of ELF as well. Americans have little tolerence for any terrorism now after 9/11. They will not tolerate violence in the name of any pet peeve.

I'm not big on law suits -- but I would LOVE to see the SUV owners get together and bring a MASSIVE class-action suit against ELF !! The precedents exist, in cases against the KKK, where an action by ANY member of the Klan could be used to go after the ENTIRE membership of the Klan. The same precedents can be used against that other secretive, violent group: the ELF.

You guys are right. I spoke purely out of anger, without rationally thinking out the best solution to the problem.

Jehadi website ping
A Jehadi connection to the Earth Liberation Front is a possibility! In the
latest fake bin Laden letter (accepted by many in the world's media as genuine!) and published by the Azzam organization -- which has
real ties to Al-Qaeda -- we see a rant attributed to bin Laden where he says:
(xi) You have destroyed nature with your industrial waste and gases more than any other nation in history. Despite this, you refuse to sign the Kyoto agreement so that you can secure the profit of your greedy companies and industries.
(and this is why we have to kill you).
Of course, the real bin Laden wouldn't give a rats arse about the Kyoto agreement. But the real Al-Qaeda is certainly
... forming alliances with everyone from Animal Rights' groups (to attack the Jewish tradition of slaughter which is ironically similar in cruelty to the Islamic way) to Far Right fundamentalists (to push for censorship of critiques of Islam and attack every forward thinking movement like women's rights and gay rights). We see considerable success on that level. And on the other hand, another Islamist comprehensive theory is attempting - with success also - to mobilize the Jews against "evil and pagan Christians".
One can easily detect the sophisticated work of Taqiyah, for the strategic objective of Islamists is to destroy the foundations of the non Muslim civilizations, as a prelude to the defeat of an isolated Israel, India, United States of America, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Russia, Egypt, Afghanistan, etc.
Who knows, perhaps the Jehadis have even infiltrated FR and are carrying out an Al-Taqiya disinformation campaign?
