No, I don't want the "high moral ground" if it means fighting with one hand tied behind my back so as to gain the approval of onlookers. High moral ground is just a phrase employed to handicap the stronger of any two fighters, and it's a nice consolation prize when they lose. Forget it. My donkey has no interest in that particular carrot.
