Yeah, that was great, wasn't it? In the past, Leno's taken a left of center stance on some issues (like affirmative action), but he's been pretty critical of the Dems in the last few weeks.

Perhaps Leno realizes which side his audience is buttered on - 65% of his audience . . . certainly makes him more "centrist" on political expressions. Jay is, IMHO, much more pragmatic than, say Larry King. Larry King would not understand any of the definitions of "pragmatic" (Dealing or concerned with facts or actual occurrences; practical).
