QUOTE OF THE DAY: Today, I sign an act of Congress authorizing intelligence programs vital to our security, and creating a national commission to investigate the events of September the 11th, 2001, and the years that led up to that event.> This commission will help me and future Presidents to understand the methods of America's enemies and the nature of the threats we face.

Haven't been online for several days, but wanted to stop in for a minute while the 'puter is working to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving! I am having problems with my iMac for the first time, so looks like it may have to go to the hospital! LOL

Happy Thanksgiving one and all!

Rintense, just wondering . . . you do have an archive of all your Daily Doses, don't you? That would really be something to be able to sit down and read your quote of the day and look at the pictures that cover, say, a year at a time.

How are you rintense? Our grandson is over and he and grampa are watching a movie on the big tv with all that surround sound. Quite loud!! The pictures are great and the ones with the dog are something else. Our daughter took our granddaughter and the 2 dogs home and she will be back in a few minutes. The dogs are miniature schnauzers, if that is how you spell it. Real cute dogs.

I believe that if you click on the 'Day in the Life' link on the FR homepage, it will pull up every Dose. Not sure how far back it goes though. But you're right. To compare quotes would be a fabulous idea.

Inform lawgirl, W is fiddling with his ties again. He's switching back and forth between a four-in-hand and a windsor knot ;-) Maybe this is code for "Countdown to Invasion".

Oh I don't doubt that Dubya's ties are a subliminal message to the troops.
