They certainly do have the right, Max. But like you said: using lies and deception to do it. General Motors did it and SAPPI Paper Mills did it. And I hear that smokers are sneaking all over the place to grab a smoke. It's really sad, Max.

I wonder if LOWE'S remember that Tobacco is a legal commodity. Oh well.........pity.....

So much for the government restricting smoking in private businesses. Now we have businesses going far beyond what the government dictates and banning smoking on their own private property. Being one that is opposed to government intervention on such matters I fully support Lowe’s from banning employee smoking on their property.

If Loews’s employees do not like the policy they can quit their jobs and find a job where they are able to smoke.

Booze is legal too but there is no use of booze sanctioned by employers on premise.
