I have a better idea. Perhaps YOU could name the ONLY amendment contained in the Bill of "RIGHTS" that has not been abrogated/trashed (pervious to today that is).

As one of the few remaining who has sworn an OATH to the Constitution.....I can only say that today is a BLACKER day than usual.

Is your idea "better" in your mind because you can't name a specific freedom that's been lost, or is it better because it would change the subject away from an area in which you can only lose?
