Close the place and let the Navajos go back to the reservation and starve. Maybe they can pursue their REAL passion, drinking themselves to death. Some people are so stupid they deserve life on the reservation.

Of the four women who filed the June 2001 complaint with the EEOC, one, Roxanne Cahoon, is Native American but not Navajo and doesn't speak it.

What the hell is her story, then?

How many branches of government have to be in Republican
hands before federal attacks on individual choice cease?
This reminds me of another question. How many people must
OJ kill before it is murder? More than two, obviously.
In the case of government, the buck stops at the nearest
badge.

Good old EEOC. Rule number 1 for owning a business: don't have any written rules that could ever be considered to have any "discriminatory impact".

Another, Elva Josley said the newly-posted English-only policy "scared" her, and caused her to hide in the restaurant's bathroom until her husband picked her up.

WHAT?!

Ping big time

You've got to feel bad for Richard Kidman and his wife Shauna, but under the circumstances they should consider the only real alternative.

If they aren't able to find or utilize workers from anywhere else but the local tribes, then they should move elsewhere.

It's a bitch, but they are going down regardless of what action they take now.

If they have good product, they should consider the dynamics of the economy and move to a location, whether 10 blocks or 10 states away.

Screw the EEOC and their small minded clients.

As another poster put it, let them drink themselves to death from boredom and/or starve for lack of income.

The intelligent ones "have left the reservation", so to speak...

Bush is such a hypocrite. Who the hell did he nominate to run the EEOC? He speaks about protecting small businesses on one hand, and destroys them on the other. So much for conservatism. He will do anything to please minority voters.

The Republicans, by their inaction, has allowed my America to turn into an insane asylum with no walls. They damn sure ain't gonna be our Savior.

Metonymy, noun. A figure of speech in which the name of one thing is used for name of something else that is associated with it. As in-- Wall Street is a metonymy for the stock market.

Now how did I miss this one when I went to school??? No wonder I'm out of the loop...
