See what MTV has done to music? If I want a good laugh, I will check out the MTV message boards. Hardly anyone there can form a coherent thought.
Music today is similar to what it was in the late eighties. Record companies are signing any and every piece of crap band that they think can sell a few records. 99.5% do not have any talent.

Well...these aren't *real* bands. They're fakes. They're already formed teeny bop material, there's no music on MTV. That's the real reason I got rid of my telly. I loved MTV during the few grunge years, but Kurt died and they immediately switched to rap/brittany/christina/boyband/girlband non-music. MTV is worthless. So is music right now, unfortunately. Fortunately, we have the internet!
