If it's Bush and Powell having tea and singing "It's time to bomb Saddam", it's been around for a couple of weeks or so. Brit Hume played it at the end of his news show one night on FNC.

Yeah, it is pretty funny. There's more where that originated. They've got one of President Bush dancing- he does a James Brown split sort of thing and it's hillarious. Another has him exercising and it's amusing as well. Also a bizarre one with Hillary showcasing her cellulite in a bathing suit while dancing in the Senate.
