LOS ANGELES(AP) - Actress and rapper Queen Latifah was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol early Wednesday, a California Highway Patrol official said.
The hip-hop star was driving on U.S. 101 in North Hollywood when she was stopped about 3:15 a.m. for making an unsafe lane change, Officer Alex Delgadillo said.

and then failed a sobriety test,
I was advised here in Washinton State by local P.D. friend as well as a State Patrol friend that you should always Refuse the Field Drunk Test and just submit to the BAC Blood/Breath Test.

But I digress. She's a "minority" and presumably Democrat so it's not only racial profiling and a hate crime but also a result of tohose Nazi Republicans running the country. My guess is the cops who arrested her will be looking for new employment by this time next week.
So by all means, drop the charges and let her endanger innocent lives.
