Not so fast, I just heard on the radio she is appealing the decision.

If she goes back, and her son isn't allowed to communicate with her, wouldn't this set up a great window of opportunity for having testimony thrown out?
I have sympathy for this woman.

Before they HURRY and deport her, I want to know if it
is true she has been staying in the DC area, which I believe
is true ( Glen Burnie MD in fact )
And if she WAS in DC, is she guilty of aiding and abetting
the two most hunted murders since John Wilkes Booth!!! ?
Don't deport her - PROSECUTE HER - and the sooner the better

In December, James asked Bellingham police to help her get her son back. During the investigation, police said Malvo's comments indicated he and his mother were in the country illegally and officers summoned the Border Patrol, which arrested the mother and son and then released them on $1,500 bail. She's here illegally. Ship her home. Period.

I bet Janet Reno would have deported her as vigorously as she did Elian Gonzalez

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Una James, 38, dropped battered spouse claims that were part of a petition she withdrew seeking special protection in the United States. Bad editing -- I'm no angel when posting, but when I edit this sentence as writ would have never seen the lite of day.

Releasing Malvo on $1,500 dollars bail was SOOOOOO stupid. Political correctness allowed Malvo to murder innocent people and terrorize a nation.

Next Thanksgiving will really suck at her house.....

LOL -- it took them HOW LONG to figure this out?

I find it unbelievable that the INS knew where she was? How about the other 8 millions illegal aliens that the INS refuses to apprehend? Americans are going to have to do the job of the INS.

I suspect she is not going to argue this decision. Does she have to pay for the ticket? She probably wanted to get out the day after he was busted but figured if she waited the ticket would be footed by John Q. Public. She's probably not very popular with people in Montgomery County.

What is so terrible about this woman that you want to see her gone?
