I have only persoanlly known one person who does not eat meat. I wouldn't call her a vegetarian because that suggests a purity which someone who drinks coffee and eats candy doesn't jibe with. She is not thin and when she was in her more extreme dieting phase she got thinner but didn't look healthy to me.

Mostly it was her hair and skin which looked bad.
