It makes absolutely no difference who's appointed to that position. GWB is walking point. He's the big guy in charge. He's not doing a damned thing right now to stop this BS. What makes you think things will change?

Yeah, Tom Ridge. He's been nominated I believe to head Homeland Security, which is where the INS is going. I'm sure he'll take action on illegal immigration as soon as he forms a committee or two in Congress to come up with solutions.
