Can someone please explain how the Constitution of our nation can be used to defend folks from other nations? Foreign nationals are not protected by it. Sheesh! Is this judge a temp or just an ordinary run of the mill idiot?

This is pure nonsense from another activist judge. There are plenty of jobs affecting Nat'l Security that are not open to non-citizens. We might have gotten more lax under the previous admin., but the precedent is there.

That was my question. Somehow I knew the ACLU would be in here.

That would be my guess as well. The ACLU should lose their license to practice law. They are nothing less than a subversive organization that subverts the rule of law any way it can.
