House Democrats elected Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) as House Minority Leader on a 177-29 vote. This is a very important point. Because, now we can define, specifically, what the House Democrats are and what they stand for.

Money is the life-blood of politics.

Pelosi is one of 50 some members of Congress that belong to the Congressional Progressive Caucus, which is a part of Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)and the Socialist International (SI). SI membership included Stalin, Engels, Lenin and Trotsky. That probably explains why so many of the planks of the Communist Manifesto(5) are included in the Democratic Party's platform and are the expressed goals of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. They prove that with their own words.

The Progressive Caucus and Progress Challenge support the Transnational Institute, which is more Socialism.

Pelosi was put forth by the membership to represent their ideology. Therefore, if once a month everyone reading this newsletter picked just one little aspect of any of her many deviations from her oath of office to support the Constitution as written and fired off a short letter to their local newspaper editor, the results would be phenomenal by 2004.

What an interesting week. First Michael Jackson removes his mask, shocking onlookers with the ruined visage of his true face.

Then the Democrats elect socialist Pelosi as their leader.

Same thing.

To celebrate Pelosi being the first whip in the house. The lesbos of Western Marin spell out Pelosi in the nude and miss spell it.

Note the rare and endangered lesbo Elephant Seal in the bottom upright in the E in as they miss spell Pelosit.

It is going to be great watching them go down the path to destruction. Also, I know a lot of union men who don't buy into that liberal bs. Go Pelosi!

Some folks might correctly remember that the SI membership included well known politicians like Josef Stalin, Friedrich Engels, V.I. Lenin, and Leon Trotsky. That probably explains why so many of the planks of the Communist Manifesto(5) are included in the Democratic Party's platform and are the expressed goals of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Not quite accurate. The Social Democrats are the Second International and afilliated with the Euro-left. The Communitst Party of the Soviet Union was the Third International. Trotsky founded the Fourth International. The First International was crushed back in the 19th century.

The Second International survives because its less revolutionary approach seems less threatening.

Did the Dems really have any choice? It was either show their true leftist colors, or fake "centrism" for the next two years.
With the exception of congenital liars (Billy boy), ordinary mortals can't pull that off.

Excellent post. Fiedor hits the nail on the head, and there's nothing like hyperlinked footnotes to add verifiable credibility to a well-researched article.

You might also look at the official filings that Congressmen must fill out. Since exact amounts are not required we are only able to guess at her true worth but it is at least 20 million and if you take mid-point numbers she is worth well above 100 million USD.

I prefer the optimist road, as in, there are 29 House Democrats that are dissatisfied. Perhaps they will walk toward the light and make their constituents proud. As for the rest, they deserve what is coming.

"Meanwhile, thank your local Democrat."

I'd love too, but here in New Hampshire, we have a critical shortage of RATS. (SOB!)

Democrats flying that flag is the best thing that could happen to the Republicans.
The elderly vote they now have are belong to us.
The elderly in America knows what it means.
All we have to do is pass the word.

Ok. So we will!

This is a very important point. Because, now we can define, specifically, what the House Democrats are and what they stand for

Since the individual votes were neither recorded nor published just how do you plan to do that?

When something seems too good to be true, it usually is.

Are we witnessing the self-emolation of the Democratic Party or are we being faced with a reality where almost half of our population have become avowed socialists instead of closet socialists?

The queers came out of the closet; why not the Democrats?
