Martin County elections board to discuss alleged vote buying

"The affidavit contains signed statements from voters and poll workers claiming Democratic Party organizer Kennis Wilkins, his wife, Brenda, and County Commissioner-elect Ronnie Smith offered to pay them in exchange for votes.
Two women wrote that they were offered $225 to vote a straight Democratic ticket and an extra $5 to solicit Democratic votes at the polls on Nov. 5."
