IMHO the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade is the highest probability. It would accomplish every one of the goals cited for Al Qaeda. It does not need a nuclear device as conventional or improvised explosives could do the job. There is literally no way to secure that event. However there are a number of other very high profile targets in a number of areas. The Accela train is an easy target. and very high profile. However if they want to be truly spectacular then the Macy's parade is the big one.

Possibilities are too endless to print as to what a "thinking" bad guy with nothing to lose could do with common everyday supplies available at wally worlds etc etc........

Best thing this country has, and needs to understand, is the law abidding citizens with a cell phone and a firearm to defend themselves hopefully long enough to make the 911 call is the only homeland security plan that will "ever" really work IMO .

Everything else is just whitewash and shineola as the enemy is already in the wire per se, living and working right next to us and wait their call to act .........tick !
