I wonder if PETA has a problem with Native Americans as well..

Well, the indians would nail them to the wall since many of them still retain their fishing and hunting rights.

A friend of mine went to Alaska. The natives live in small houses. There's a brand new Bronco and snow-sled in every driveway AND, in one case, a PILE of checks from a utility company was lying on a table in their house..no hurry to cash them!!

They hunt and fish and do no other work. They were smoking salmon to put into winter storage to feed their huskies...at a rate of 500 lbs per dog or 20 lbs of salmon per week. He bought a pair of gloves for his wife which were made from (I forgot which animal). Anyways, no matter what they did, they couldn't get rid of an obnoxious smell. A lesson learned.

As another sideline, ONLY Native Americans in New York are allowed to have eagle feathers.
