I would suggest that Albert play the LOTTO and when he loses take in one of the scratch shets you fill in with the winning numbers filled in and tell them he really meant to play those numbers so he is the winner. Fat chance fat Al. This is basically what they tried with the hanging chads and marks on the ballot showing intent. After they stuffed the ballot boxes they came up short because they undercounted. This was their last ditch scenario to manufacture enough votes to win. The sick part is that it was even allowed at all. This country is so far gone that it is scary.

If by some miricle the Florida Legislator did not stop Gore's ambition, the US senate would probably have dead locked on party lines and sent it to Gov Jeb Bush to make the call.

Whoa there! That's nowhere near what could be done constitutionally. If the Florida legislature sent the certified delegates and the Florida Supreme Court sent another or they sent no delegates at all, I believe it then goes to the U.S. House of Representatives.

But I know the U.S. Senate and Gov. of Florida would have no power in the issue.
